- Asking to be contacted on their mobiles by our customers on site, for queries, or to coordinate vehicle movements, etc.
- Not using the customers toilets/washroom facilities when there are alternatives near-by
- When access is required into the building (to use facilities, view a leak, or for inductions) to wear masks and disposable gloves
- We are limiting access to our offices, we are not allowing any visitors, and all deliveries are being left in a secure outside area and signed for remotely
- We are still able to attend sites to assess leaks, quote for works, carry out planned and reactive works, and conduct roof inspections and reports
We are happy to oblige with any new site requirements from our customers with regards to the pandemic, and reducing risks associated with Covid-19 will be built into our RAMS.
